About this policy

This policy describes Pourvista version 1.1.0 and its companion website. It covers the information used by the coffee menu, recipe preparation, notes and trays. Effective 14 September 2026.

Organization and contact

The organization identified for this product is GATHERING MATTERS, 46 MELVIN J CT, OXFORD, MI 48371-5193. The public contact form is at gatheringmatters.com. No support email is listed. This contact identification does not state that the organization has approved or commissioned the app.

Information you enter

You can enter tray names and recipe notes, choose serving amounts, select recipes, check ingredients and record your preparation place. Avoid entering sensitive information in free-text notes.

Local storage

Your entries and preferences are saved in a private file in the app’s storage on this device. The app reads that file to restore your work. Other ordinary apps cannot directly access this private file through Pourvista.

Bundled content

Recipes, instructions and artwork are bundled with the installed app. The core does not need a login or an internet connection. An app update may replace bundled content while retaining compatible saved work.

Information sent by the app

Pourvista has no internet permission and does not send notes, tray names, ingredient checks or preparation state to an app server. The app has no data collection endpoint.

Permissions

The app does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, notification or shared-storage access. It writes only to its own private app storage.

Analytics and diagnostics

No analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting SDK is bundled. Android or the app store may process device diagnostics under their own settings and policies; this app does not control those services.

Accounts and payments

Pourvista does not create an account and includes no in-app purchases or payment processing. There is no account deletion process because the app has no user accounts.

Notes and tray controls

You can replace or clear a recipe note, remove a recipe from a tray, rename or delete a tray, and clear ingredient checks. Removing a cup from a tray does not erase its separate recipe note.

Retention

Local entries remain until you change or delete them, reset local data, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Marking a drink prepared does not automatically delete its note or recipe settings.

Deleting local data

Privacy & settings contains Reset all local data, with a confirmation step. This removes saved trays, notes, preparation marks and settings from Pourvista’s private file. The bundled recipe library remains available.

Backup and transfer

Pourvista disables Android app backup and excludes its stored data from the configured cloud-backup and device-transfer rules. It provides no export, cloud sync or recovery service. Device-vendor behavior may differ; do not rely on Pourvista as your only copy of important notes.

Security

Android’s app storage isolation and the device’s own access controls protect the local file. No system can guarantee complete security. Anyone who can open the app on an unlocked device can view its saved entries.

External websites

The contact button opens gatheringmatters.com in your browser when one is available. That website receives browser requests and handles any form you choose to submit under its own practices. Pourvista does not automatically attach your recipe notes or trays.

Audience

Pourvista is a general coffee hobby tool intended for adults. It has no child profiles, messaging or social sharing service. Do not use notes to store personal information about children.

Companion website

The delivered website has no forms, analytics scripts, external fonts or app-data upload feature. Its serving demo operates in browser memory and resets when the page reloads. If publicly hosted, the chosen host may receive IP addresses and ordinary request logs; no public host is configured in this private delivery.

Changes and requests

A later release may update this policy when implementation changes. Check the version and effective date. Local entries can be deleted directly in the app; the organization’s public contact form is available for other inquiries. No public deployment or third-party approval is claimed by this policy.
